What's New with Office for Windows
Microsoft Office 2016 Is Now Available! The newest version of Office is now available as a donation through ENCLUDEit! Eligible organizations can request the following Office 2016 products for Windows:
Skype for Business (formerly Lync Desktop)
And for Mac, the 2016 versions of these products are available:
All Office suites now include OneNote, and the Office Professional Plus suite for Windows includes Skype for Business. Note that InfoPath has not been updated to 2016. The last version of InfoPath to be released is the 2013 version. InfoPath 2013 is still available as a donation through ENCLUDEit, and that version is included with Office Professional Plus 2016.
Why Don't the Product Names Include 2016?
The names of products in the Microsoft donation program don't include version numbers. When you receive a product donation, you can choose to download the current version of the software or the previous version. As of today, the 2016 versions of all the Office products listed above are available for download, but you can also elect to download the 2013 version if you choose.

Donated Office Standard and Pro Products are now available to eligible Charities through the Microsoft Donation Programme at ENCLUDE. Are you not sure if the latest version of Office is right for you? We have put together information and resources to help your organisation decide.
The ENCLUDEit Programme enables eligible organisations to gain access to donated technology products, allowing them to choose from a wide range of products from Donor Partners such as Microsoft, Cisco, and Symantec. Acquiring a donation is simple:
- Register your organisation. We will request details that will enable us to assess your eligibility to receive donations from our Donor Partners and then notify you if you are eligible to proceed to the next stage. For further details please see Getting Started.
Choose your products. If we have notified you that you are eligible to request a donation, you will be able to select the products you would like to receive and to pay a small Administrative Fee. This fee covers our costs in delivering the programme. Please plan carefully before making requests because in most cases our donor partner restrictions limit you to one request per donating partner per year. Whilst the administrative fees vary, charities will still make savings of between 92-96% on typical retail prices.
- Take delivery of your donated products. Once your administrative fee payment is processed, we will submit your approved request for donation with the donor partners providing the products you requested.
