My account says that it has Expired. What should I do?
If you see this message when you try to add a product to your cart, either the documents submitted by your organisation as proof of charitable status are no longer valid, OR, your account has been validated for five years, and we need to confirm that your information is current. Having an expired account does not mean you have lost your status; only that we need to re-verify it every five years.
What do I need to submit?
Please confirm your information is still correct and current as soon as possible by reviewing your organisation's information and emailing us from your registered email address to confirm any changes.

Organisation name and address
- Organisation CHY or RCN number
Organisation official email address (associated with this account)
Authorised contact name, job title and email address (associated with this account)
Current organisational operating budget
If your status has been revoked, please send us a copy of your new documentation when it is available.
When can I use my account again?
After we confirm your information is still accurate, or receive a valid new document if your status was revoked, your account will be revalidated for five more years. You'll be able to request donations and generate TechSoup Validation Tokens again.
