This enterprise user client access license (CAL) can be used only in conjunction with a standard Office Communications Server user CAL. It allows one user to access certain Office Communications Server features such as web conferencing, voice over IP, and application sharing on any number of computers or other devices (for example, when an employee accesses the server from a computer at work and another at home).
Device CALs are also available. A device CAL authorizes one computer to access Exchange Server's additional features, regardless of the number of users (for example, on a shared workstation).
Note: This license does not require media. Instructions for obtaining the license will be sent to your organisation email address after your eligibility has been verified and your administrative fee has been received.
