Streets & Trips 2011 provides complete map coverage of the United States, Canada, and Mexico, including local roads and locations of 1.9 million hotels, ATMs, restaurants, and other services.
Streets & Trips' customizable trip planning capabilities include:
- Calculating mileage, trip costs, and arrival time before departure
- Adding multiple destinations
- Arrows, texts, highlighting, freehand drawing, pushpins, and other personalized reminders
- Free downloads of current road construction information to avoid lengthy detours and delays
- Full-screen navigation with Driving Guidance, Dynamic Turn View, and an automatically magnified view
- A reverse route option
- Choosing roads by dragging and dropping a route
- Saving contact information to maps from programs such as Outlook or from text files
- Features for use with a GPS receiver (receiver
must be obtained separately):
- A perspective map view similar to the view through a windshield
- Automatic rerouting to get back on track after a missed turn
- Spoken street names and directions
- Exporting trip details to a GPX file that can be sent to other people and used with other GPS devices or platforms
Acquiring the Installation Media and License Key: Installing this product requires installation media and a license key. Installation media will be shipped to you free of charge.
The license allows you to use the installation media to install the product on as many computers as you have received donations for. This quantity is specified in the donation email sent to your organization email address after your eligibility has been verified and your administrative fee has been received. A separate email will give you information about obtaining your license key.
Software Assurance: Under the Software Assurance program, you have the right to install any new release of products covered in the agreement during the term of your coverage.
