Restrictions:
Eligibility Criteria
- This programme is currently available only to Irish non-profit organisations that have non-profit status as granted by the Office of the Revenue Commissioners.
- Products will be distributed to eligible organisations only, not to individuals, and within the Symantec Desktop Guidelines.
- Eligible organisations must have an operating budget of less than €7.4 million per annum.
- This software will not be made available to organisations that support political parties or candidates.
- This software will not be made available to religious organisations, unless they are registered as a non-profit with the Office of the Revenue Commissioners, with a secular community designation that is separate from the church or religious organisation that provides services to people regardless of their religious beliefs, and does not propagate a belief in a specific faith.
- Any organisation that advocates, supports, or practices discrimination based on race, religion, age, ethnicity, national origin, language, size, gender, sexual orientation, socioeconomic background or disability, is not eligible to participate in this programme. Organisations must be willing and able to confirm that they do not discriminate on any of these grounds in order to receive a donation.
Guidelines
- During one fiscal year (1st July - 30th June), an organisation may request a maximum of two bundles from the Symantec Desktop Programme Product Range.
- Symantec products may not be transferred or re-sold.
- Symantec may, at its sole discretion, provide "functionally equivalent" substitute product(s) for any request or order.
